Google Public Policy Fellowship 2018

The Google Inc. is a multinational company of online services and software. Google’s mission is to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. The Research at Google supports the broader research community through our Faculty Engagement and Student Support programs, and by providing Research Datasets and Tools & Resources.

The Google Public Policy Fellowship program offers undergraduate, graduate, and law students interested in Internet and technology policy the opportunity to spend the summer contributing to the public dialogue on these issues, and exploring future academic and professional interests. Fellows will have the opportunity to work at public interest organizations at the forefront of debates on broadband and access policy, content regulation, copyright and creativity, consumer privacy, open government, government surveillance, data security, data innovation, free expression and more.

Elegibilidade
Applicants must be:

– Eighteen years of age or older by January 1, 2018;
– Eligible and authorized to work in the country of their Fellowship;
– Enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Google defines a student as an individual enrolled in or accepted into an accredited institution including (but not necessarily limited to) colleges, universities, masters programs, PhD programs and undergraduate programs.

Benefícios
Fellows will receive a stipend of US$7,500.00.
